Retouching in Photoshop

1^st Phase

Choose a picture with human face and open it in Photoshop to retouch.

2^nd Phase

Duplicate picture using Layers Tab and clean everything up with the rubber but for the skin:

3^rd Phase

For the duplicate layer select Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur with following settings:

4^th Phase

Make additional changes to the duplicate layer using small brush tool if necessary. To change  brightness and contrast of the image choose Image > Adjustments > Brightness/Contrast with the next settings:

The result is great: a clean, impressing photo that would fit to any personal page or photographer's portfolio.
