Before starting to write copy for your site you should keep in mind that the biggest part of traffic comes  through search engines. Also note, that your ranking in the search engines depends upon appropriate usage of keywords and ammount of links pointing to your site. The keywords serve to provide information about your activity. Ammount of links displays your popularity. These two factors build up your site's relevance. And relevance is the most important index for search engines.

Thus you need to implement all the keywords into your HTML meta tags. But that's not enough as your tags must correspond to your copy. While scanning your site's code search engines define wether all the meta tags are reflected in copy. If they are not, your site won’t be indexed for those keywords.

The number of repetitions of your  keyword phrase also plays an important role. If there are fewer, your site won't appear in the top search results. But a text consisting of keywords only may be completely unreadable for your potential customer and readability is very important tool to attract customers.

It's not so easy to build up a golden mean between readability and appropriate keywords number. The tips given below will help you to draw your site closer to the cannon.

1) Think over the proper structure of your site. Try to categorise it thoroughly according to distinct criteria or key products. For example, divide your Car Dealer site into «New Cars» and «Old Cars» categories distinguishing subcategories in each of them according to the car body style (Sedan, Pickup, Hatchback, etc.) which will further divide into brand categories (Volvo, Dodge, Cruisler, etc.). That will define the customer oriented keywords.

3) Remember, that it's better to use phrases, not single words.     It's to hard to get the top rates with single keywords, as you will get to much competitors. 6) Link the pages within your site with text links. This will increase the value of your page for the search engines. It's smart to use the keywords in those links. Thus, the more text links you place within your site the more attention of search engines you get, especially if the link text is a keyword phrase.

7) Headings of your pages are of great importance for the search engines. That's why it is useful to place your key phrases into headings as well. For sure you need to select the main ones for this purpose. Think of adding some extra header phrases to increase both — readability and value for search engines.

8) It's essential to check keyword debsity of your site. There are plenty of tools in Internet to perform that (e.g. GoRank's Keyword Density Analyzer). The higher your density level the better.

Assuming all those tips you will be able to write an effective and trendy SEO copy without any additional assistance. The most difficult will be to find the appropriate balance as overdoing in case of copywriting is not better than underworking.
