Tourbillon Effect
1st Phase
Create a new document in Photoshop and set background color to white. Create new layer in the Layers Tab and paint chaotic black lines using Brush Tool:
2nd Phase
Use Filter > Blur > Motion Blur with following settings:
3rd Phase
Inverse image colors using Paint Bucket Tool on the Tools Tab like this:
4th Phase
Choose Filter > Blur > Radial Blur with the following settings:
You will get this picture:
6th Phase
Create a new layer and draw a rectangle colored #20424B. Set layer “blending mode” in the Layers Tab to “Soft Light”.
Here you go. Watch out the tourbillon!
