Light adjustment
Light is one of the most important tools in scene visualization. Project loses its competitive edges if the light adjustment and location were not set up properly. To avoid this lore and experience are needed. Let's start from the scene creation and locate the light above the objects.
1.Intensity
Intensity allows us to adjust the light brightness on scene and increase or decrease contrast of the figures. Using this adjustment is the best way to deaden the fill light or to increase figures brightness.
2.Spotlight parameters.
"hot spot" "fall оff" parameters allows to adjust the specified area and to apply light extinction to it.
3.Advanced effects.
Contrast and low-pass are tools which can help you to set the separatrix up. Contrast helps to increase the difference between light and shady areas. Low-pass makes separatrix more sharp or smooth.
4.Shadow parameters.
Shadowed image properties can be adjusted using such parameters as Size, Bias and Sample range.
Size specifies the size of the image with the shadow. As bigger the size as better the shadow jagged edges smoothing on rendering is, but it acquires more memory and time.
Bias determines how close is the shadow to its object. As lesser its value as closer the shadow to its object is.
Sample range allows to make shadow edges more blurred or sharp.
Enjoy the result!
