Creating an abstract picture
Create a new document 500x500 рх.
Then create a new layer and select Paint Bucket Tool (G) from the ToolBar, choose Pattern and fill a new layer.
Select Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates filter, put a mark on Rectangular to polar and apply it to the layer.
After that select Filter >Distort >Pinch filter, set Amount to 100% and apply it to the layer. Press CTRL+F about 5 times.
Then select Image>Adjustments>Hue Saturation or press Ctrl+U and put a mark on Colorize.
And apply the following filter: Filter >Distort > Twirl.
